01. Opening & dismantling of cooling water inlet& outlet flanges from 4 inch cooling water manifold line from tube bundle to enable for lifting 4 nos. (One manifold in each tube bundle & two flanges in one manifold)
02. Dismantling of inlet & outlet 6 inch cooling water line of each interstage coolers
03. Opening & dismantling of cooling water tube bundle top head from each tube sheet
04. Opening, lifting & then lowering of four water tube bundles. Each tube bundle weighs 2 MT approx. and laying it properly.
05. Opening & dismantling of cooling water tube bundle bottom head from each tube sheet.
06. Opening, lifting & then lowering of the separator (weighs 0.5 MT approx.) and laying it properly.
07. Dismantling of all cooler drain & drain by-pass system flanges for choke clearing.
08. Proper cleaning of all flange-jointing areas.
09. Cutting of all necessary gaskets in proper dimensions from supplied gasket sheets.
10. Fitting of gaskets properly without damage in all appropriate positions.
11. Fitting, assembling & boxing up the manifolds, pipe lines, tube bundles, etc.
12. Appropriate tightening of all nuts-bolts.
13. Making & fitting of all appropriate jacking/ lifting arrangement by cutting, welding, grinding works.
14. All the tools & tackles, cutting & welding appliances and accessories shall be adequately supplied by the executing agency.

16. Assembling/Dismantling of scaffoldings.

In order to ensure separating effect, wire mesh demister always adopt high-efficiency type. When the length of heater is more than two meter, it adopt multi-separator, with the structure connected by bolt between separators or separator and casing for convenient checking and repair.
